Mortal Online 2s second Sprint patch PTR is now open, with second character slot, major siege changes to encourage participation via new rules, new mounts, and a battle test today.

The patch itself will add a number of changes and some new features. Many in the community have requested it, and now Star Vault is adding a second character slot. They decided to remove the surname from character creation, and instill a limit that any second character and the main character will share a player house, given that they don't want to let people just create a second character to claim more space.  t is a limitation that lets people still have the freedom to create something completely new and experience their Adventure in a different way.

The PTR build also lets you test a new sieging system, crafting changes, new mounts and pets, and a number of balance and improvements. As far as Siege challenges go, there are a number of changes,  with the main goal of these changes being to let people have enough time to prepare for sieges, which in turn, is designed to increase participation in them. If you send a Siege challenge to a guild, they will now have up to 48 hours to respond to the challenge and choose a 6-hour time slot at least 24 hours in advance. So this gives everyone involved plenty of time to strategize and to figure out what their game plan is going to be.

The PTR build also includes new mount options, a number of fixes, adjustments for Risen pets, and even more gore effects. The full patch will also include a brand new dungeon, but to avoid spoiling the new content, it is not in the PTR build.

To test out some of the combat changes and other adjustments, there will be a Siege battle today at 8:00 p.m. CEST , which is 2:00 p.m. Eastern, so if you are a Mortal Online 2 owner, you can get in there right now.
