World of Warcraft has opened up Raid Finder Wing 3 of the Aberrus, The Shadowed Crucible Raid. This comes at a time when WoW is also highlighting Dragonflight dungeons with bonuses.
Opening up Raid Finder Wing 3 is the penultimate unlock, with the fourth wing yet to come. For now, you’ll be able to take on Neltharion’s Shadow, with Magmorax, and the Echo of Neltharion.
If you need a refresh, Magmorax is a lava hydra with three heads who guards the way into the deepest chambers of the Shadowed Crucible. You’ll have to get past this beast if you want any hope of taking on the Echo of Neltharion.
Once you get past Magmorax, there’s another challenge ahead. His secrets are behind the history of the dracthyr, and the echo of his presence is the next challenge. Echo of Neltharion waits in the depths, “contemplating the future of the black dragonflight and how to obtain the power to ensure its success”.
You'll have the chance to continue racking up achievements and getting your hands on loot, and if you want the opportunity to close things out, the fourth Raid Finder Wing will open the week of June 19th, with Scalecommander Sarkareth.
This week, however the weekly bonus event focuses on Dragonflight dungeons. Queue up in Group Finder to take on the instances on Normal or Heroic difficulty, or form your own group and set difficulty to Mythic. All week long, complete the four Dragonflight dungeons on Mythic difficulty for special rewards. These rewards include a cache of Vault Treasures that will include one piece of non-tier gear from Heroic Vault of the Incarnates. However, there's also a passive bonus where the final boss in each dungeon (except Mythic+) will drop additional loot this week.
While Blizzard has drawn some players away this week for a brand new trip into Hell, there are still some challenges and bonuses over in World of Warcraft.
