The time has come for Mordhau players to compete head to head on both console and PC, as the medieval swordplay title is introducing PC crossplay for the very first time since release.
While console fans have had crossplay, this will now extend between to PC with the latest update, as well as new content and overhauls to major systems. Demon Horde's performance has been improved upon, as well as fixing the map bosses who sometimes spawned in with less health. A few other bosses have gotten minor fixes as well, and the gameplay overall has received a few fixes, such as Fixed Holy Grenade not having a cooldown.
So what exactly is Mordhau if you haven't heard of it? Released in 2019, the title sports first-person medieval action as players hack and slash their way through battles with fast-paced and heart-pumping combat. The battles can be small-scale, or players can go all out with 64-player intense war in modes like Frontline and Invasion.
The title does support offline play, where we can blast through waves of enemies with friends in Horde Mode, or even enhance our sword skills by going up against AI. The customization options for our characters are vast, as we can sculpt our faces, create our very own weapons using pre-made parts, and the perfect armor that fits not only our aesthetic but also our fighting style.
