- Performance Enhancements:
- Entity Loading: Up to 100 entities can now be loaded at a time on the client.
- NPC AI Fixes: No more forgetful NPCs when casting spells or being hailed.
- Render Order Fixes: Underwear will now render properly (sorry, superheroes!).
- Gameplay Adjustments:
- Buff and Debuff Changes: Abilities like feign death won't break certain buffs, and adjustments to channeling, parry, dodge, and block formulas.
- Damage Bonuses: Player and NPC damage bonuses have been fixed.
- Cooldown Fixes: Edge cases that allowed instant cooldowns for NPCs have been addressed.

- Mip Map Streaming: Implemented for equipment textures.

- Fishing Restored: The ability to fish has been brought back.

- Stealth and Invisibility: Adjustments to how clients see stealth.
- World and Zone Refactoring: Differentiation between "Client" and "Character."
- Volume Checking: Improved efficiency for handling thousands of players online.
