2p.com is reporting that the "pre-open beta" client for Tencent's Monster Hunter Online is ready for download and that players will be able to create characters and an in-game ID in preparation for December 17th. Thanks to the lack of an IP block, anyone can register and play Monster Hunter Online beginning that day.
Not interested in downloading the pre-open beta testing client? You can create your character and in-game ID via a mobile app that can later be uploaded to the pre-open beta server prior to December 17th.
