Over the past several weeks Netmarble has been posting short character teasers of Marvel Future Revolution. The mobile game seemingly takes the success of Netmarbles Marvel Future Fight improves the graphics and features, and intends to transition it into a Multiplayer Open-World RPG.
From what we can glean from the Marvel Future Revolution twitter account, we have confirmation of several characters that will be playable on launch which include: Captain America, Iron Man, Dr. Strange, Captain Marvel, Storm, Black Widow and Spider-Man. The latest gameplay video depicts Iron Man, in all of his Repulsor blasting and ballistic weapon glory.
In a video from last year, players were shown what they can expect from Marvel Future Revolution as the team talks about some of the core story aspects of the game, one of which includes the greater Marvel Multiverse. In one particular shot, they show two versions of Captain Marvel meeting each other, while Spider-Man and Captain America meet themselves later on in the video.

This outlook of the multiverse colliding is not an entirely new scenario, as the multiverse was one of the underlying aspects of the late Marvel Heroes that allowed multiple players to utilize the same character in the hubs and open world.
The team at Netmarble has also teased some of the villains that players will encounter, like MODOK, Green Goblin, Baron Mordo, Red Skull and more. Currently, the game is only slated for the mobile platforms, Android and iOS, but we look forward to more information as it trickles in and we await a concrete launch date.
