Lost Ark x The Witcher Collaboration Starts Tomorrow With a Big Update for Improvements

It’s almost time for the  Lost Ark x Witcher crossover event. On a special event island, meet Geralt, Ciri, Yennefer, Dandelion, and Triss and complete new event quests for a series of themed rewards. In addition to the event, there will be a series of improvements, new PvP island sieges, and more tweaks.

The Witcher collaboration event will feature both story quests and daily quests to take on, and all of it on an immersive event island, White Wolf Haven Island. So if you’re looking to help Geralt out in Arkesia on a new adventure, the time is almost here. The crossover will run from January 18th-February 22nd, and you’ll be able to get your hands on rewards like these:

“Witcher Potions, 2 Jukebox songs, a new Card Set featuring 5 Witcher Characters, a Stronghold structure, Emoticons & Selfie Stickers, and even a Title!”

There will also be cosmetics in the shop, like The Witcher skins, weapon skins, and more. With this update, new scars will also become available as customization options.

While the event gets most of the attention in this update, the update itself is a rich one. Not only is there a series of guild system improvements, including new guild research options, guild skills, and a gold deposit system for guild members to deposit gold to their guild’s account.  The security hold on gold and trading will apply to these deposits, but once they're ready, the amounts will be cleared.

There are also raid match, Island Siege, and mercenary system improvements. PvP gets some improvements too, with PvP Island Siege ranking rewards reduced to 1000, and two new PvP Island Sieges.

Lost Ark also gets much more in this update, from a series of improvements to quests, rewards, a new login campaign, to additional anti-bot measures, new songs, and more.

You can read the full patch notes, and preview a number of the new Witcher rewards over at Lost Ark.
