Lost Ark’s new roadmap is finally here, and there's more content coming this month, starting with tomorrow's December update, and a peek into the action coming in 2025. Get ready to face Brelshaza again in the second Kazeros raid, a brand new Advanced class , Wild Soul, more solo raids, a series of improvements, more Proving Grounds and more.
This new roadmap is for the rest of this month through March 2025 and the team emphasizes that this isn't everything that's coming during that time. They'll continue releasing detailed previews as we go along, but some of the highlights to look forward to are here.
Starting with tomorrow's big update, solo mode is getting a new buff system and with additional raids added to the roster, including the Thaemine Legion Raid and Echidna Kazeros Raid. Tomorrow's update also opens up Proving Grounds season 6 and a new Icy Breakthrough event designed to help progress in early Tier 4 if you were getting a bit of a slow start. Speaking of progression, the Elixir system has been overhauled and streamlined.
Tomorrow’s update brings the Kazeros Raid: Act 2 Prologue to get things rolling. The new quest takes us into how the Allied Forces developed and deployed their strategy for the war in North Kurzan. You'll learn their new strategies and fight Aegir. If you win, you can enjoy your victory for a bit before Narok and Brelshaza arrive in the next phase in January.
For a lighter thing to enjoy in January, the third anniversary will be happening early, if you need a breather between raid attempts.
When the new Kazeros raid is here, grab your team of eight and take them to the icy frigid battleground. There are two gates, with the first bringing you in front of Narok the Butcher. Next up is Brelshaza, but this won't be the same fight that you know, Since she has some new abilities this time.
This raid introduces the new Karma character upgrade system and a bunch of new Tier 4 content. The new Frontier system is one of the ways that the Western content will run similarly to what's in the Korean version. Raid difficulty will get lower over time as Frontier stages progress. This gives the most competitive players a shot to complete new challenges early, and casual players get an easier shot in time. This is similar to how the teams have lowered difficulty later for some content only this seems an automatic track for that.
The Wild Soul Advanced Class, coming in February, is a Yoz Specialist class with the power to transform into animals and fight or use their scrolls to use spirit beast spells while they are still in human form. The class is designed to be a little bit animalistic with a dash of the mystical. You'll learn how to wield and summon these spirits as well as learn different forms to transform into, like a bear, bird, or a kumiho, legendary nine-tailed fox, And also to call upon animal spirits to fight with you. When the class arrives, we can expect new progression events.
There's much more in the roadmap update, including more teasers.
