Lost Ark has a few major progression updates ahead, coming to the Korean version this summer. While Smilegate RPG and Amazon Games are working out details for their arrival in the Western version, they are sharing some news and a big summer gift bundle for all.
The Smilegate RPG team attended the Lost Ark Korean event LOA ON over the weekend and made some big announcements about the future of the game. For the Korean version, Season 3 and Tier 4 are coming soon, and there are other big progression updates and new features coming down the line.
As for the Western version, they’re still hammering out what form these will take when they arrive sometime later this year. Amazon Games and Smilegate RPG are working together, figuring out the balance and looking towards their release. We don't know just when those updates will happen, but the team is planning to release a brand new roadmap update next month. That roadmap will cover plans for the rest of Summer this fall, and will give us some details on Tier 4.
For now, though, there's a special summer gift when the June update arrives, with new content that includes the Kazeros Raid. The gift offers 17 different items, with useful stuff like Ancient Platinum Coins, Pheons, Processed Chaos Stones for weapons and some for armor, a Special Legendary Card Selection Pack, and Battle Item Collective Selection Chests. There are also some fun cosmetic items, just like you would expect from Lost Ark, like the 24 Summer Mokoko Cahni Skin Selection Chest, ‘24 Mask Special Selection Chest, and Mokoko Trail Effect Selection Chest.
Changes are ahead, and as Lost Ark progresses towards its next chapter, looks like we’ll know a lot more in July.
