Details are out on Lost Ark’s region merge, which will combine North America-East with South America on June 5th.  The team is clarifying policies about the marketplace, auction house, servers, leaderboards, Guild names, and other aspects that might be affected by the big region merge.

After previous server merges, this time the region merge will not involve any servers merged into others, so the overall number of servers won’t change, and rosters will remain. If you have accounts in both server regions that are merging together, there are some policies that might impact your item counts or other aspects, but for the most part,  things should remain fairly stable except for a few changes to know.

The Thaemine the First challenge will end on June 5th with the merge. If your group ranked on  the leaderboards for a clear, you’ll retain rewards and titles corresponding to the rank in your original region. You can still tackle the first mode through October 16th if you still want to earn rewards in the difficulty, but the global first race is essentially  done after June 5th.

In the regions merging, market and auction house registrations will be canceled, and all auction house and market transaction history and interests lists are going to be deleted. Need any of that info you should save it as soon as possible.

Names from the South America region that are the same as character or guild names on NA-East will have to be changed. South America currently only has one server, while NA-East has four, so this seems like it was chosen to be the fairest option.

Lost Ark runs a number of events and offers bonus items, so there are rules for tickets, tokens, and progression in things like Super Mokoko Express, and event missions. Ark Pass progress will carry over directly.

There’s more to know before the merge happens, including for login rewards, ranking info, PvP records and season rewards, and other changes. Can't expect extended down time on June 5th to make this change happen, and the team will keep everyone posted on what to expect.
