Lost Ark’s Ignite Servers will debut with the update introducing Tier 4 this Wednesday, and Amazon is sharing all you need to know about the fast progression servers first debuting in the West.

These new servers offer the opportunity to dive in and to take a  shortcut to endgame for new and returning players. Ignite Servers are first debuting in Lost Ark’s global version and being considered a progression event.

There will be one Ignite server available in each region with the goal of fast-tracking you to item level 1620.  Through the content on the servers, you'll be able to obtain all the items you need to reach 1620. They’re new player-friendly, since “the primary goal” for those fast-track servers is “to teach players the basics of Lost Ark in a special environment”. Through a series of fast-track opportunities like tailored missions, Express events, improved UI systems, and more, you’ll get the hang of the systems, how to build your character, and to start in raids, Solo or in groups. Matchmaking will only include Ignite players.

The servers will be open for seven weeks, although you should be able to complete getting up to 1620 in a shorter time. There will be no monetization other than some cosmetic options on the servers, no market and no auction house. Essentially, you just need to concentrate on progression, learning the systems, and earning all the rewards and supplies you will need on your way.

Once you hit 1620, you'll then get to transfer to a legacy server. There are a lot of transfer gifts to let you hit the ground running when you make it to the legacy server and jump into the 1620+ content. If you are a returning or veteran player you can even transfer your new character and most items to join your existing roster in the same region.

In the new guide, the team shares details about each of the progression events within the servers, as well as other details about the experience, and transfer details, including gifts.
