New zones and more arrive in the latest update for Lineage 2 and Lineage 2 Essence.

Lineage 2 has received a Spirit Forest, which is a new temporary party hunting zone for characters 110+. Additionally, the levels of regular raid-bosses will increase to 120 and 125 for epic ones. Players will be able to augment armor and receive stat bonuses. Finally, Sigils will provide increased defense when equipped, since now they are useful for classes other than mages.

Lineage 2 Essence will receive four reworked classes: Spectral Dancers and Sword Muses will receive new songs and dances, and Titans and Khavataries - additional skills. PvP ranking is finally here as well. Note that this ranking updates daily — the top three players receive a unique kill animation and free usage of “show your location” system.

Clans will receive new skills and an increase of the max level up to 10. An updated clan war system is also included. Should a clan become hostile toward another one, then those clan members will have crossed swords above their characters.

New raid zones for clans twice a week are also part of the update. Players will fight Prince Frinteza in Last Imperial Tomb for a chance to get an epic accessory – Frinteza’s Necklace. In the Dwelling of Spirits, the clans will meet with the powerful Elemental Masters. The winners will receive a worthy reward and experience for leveling up their clan.

Additionally, three new locations for solo players have been added. Finally, a new dimensional hunting zone has been added as well.
