Customization options and more have made their way to LEGO Fortnite, but one key feature brings the Battle Bus to the world of survival.

The Battle Bus travel network is now ready to roll in LEGO Fortnite, allowing us to travel from one place to the next in the – beep of a horn? The Bus Stations are a means of fast travel, and if we break an existing Bus Station down we can build our very own in a location of our choosing. That means we can get from point A to point B in a matter of seconds, making farming for materials much quicker.

World settings have also gotten a bit of an overhaul, as we can now change up the settings without creating a new world. We can change everything but the Mode and Player elimination settings, so if enemies are becoming a bit too aggressive for our liking, we can simply shut them down while we get our bearings. Being starved to death might not be the best way to go out, so turning off the Hunger setting allows us to eat for fun rather than to survive.

There are new toys to work with as well, including the Pressure Plate that will turn on channels when pressed down, a Trigger Plate that will stay pressed without pressure on it, and Activated Balloons that can be inflated using the new Plates. For anyone wanting to live out their wildest pirate fantasies, a new Pirate Lifestyle bundle will be available in the in-game shop for a whopping 1,000 Doubloons, well V-Bucks to be specific.

Alongside the major updates came a few minor ones like vehicle builds, map improvements, UI updates, and more. For those who are less into the LEGOs and more into the heat of battle with a dash of nostalgia, Fortnite Reload has brought back old maps and weapons to use.
