The latest update for DC Universe Online, features the latest episode, Legion of Doom. In the update, there will be plenty of villains to threaten the day and challenge all takers in features like a new duo, an alert, and a new raid.
Legion of Doom features Lex Luthor leading a horde of dangerous super villains from the DC Multiverse. Among them are Ultraviolet Siniestro, Black Manta, Giganta, The Cheetah, and others. But naturally, DC has a whole roster of superheroes and villains training for just this kind of threat and you can help. Your mission is to try and stop Perpetua, challenge the Legion of Doom and save the Multiverse. The update includes open world missions in a brand new location based on Washington DC around the Hall of Justice.
The new Alert, The One Who Waits will see you meet Mister Mxyzptlk alongside Martian Manhunter. The new raid, The Sixth Dimension, will involve The Monitor and Anti-Monitor in an effort to prepare to face Perpetua. On duty content will be in both normal and elite versions to earn some rewards. The elite difficulty for the raid will debut next week.
In addition to all of this mayhem in the new episode, the holiday event is also beginning to close out the year with some festive missions, new feats, some . Seasons Greedings is back and you can recover stolen gifts in Metropolis and Gotham City. There are new feats for the event with festive names like Holiday Hijinks and Jolly Justice. Daily quests for both heroes and villains will net you tradable holly leaves. All this will let you get new style and accessory items, including stuff for your base.
