Second Dinner’s shaking up the Marvel Snap meta once again with a new over-the-air balance update released just days after the launch of its latest season.
Who would have thought that Lady Deathstrike would ever catch a nerf? Certainly not I. After months in the wilderness, Lady Deathstrike received a buff that made her ubiquitous in the meta due to her ability to deal with all the junk being thrown around by players, but Second Dinner felt she provided a little too much value so they shaved a power point off of her bringing her down to a 5/6.
The next set of changes were made to Leech. Second Dinner prophetically described his status, “It’s been a while since Leech terrorized the SNAP ladder.” And then proceeded to bring him down to a 4/2 (from a 5/3) making him a perfect playline for the newly released Blink. Unsurprisingly, Leech is now terrorizing the ladder once again. Thanks. I hate it.
It’s not all bad news, though. Justice has finally been done for Klaw and Ultron, two cards that have fallen way behind the power creep of other cards introduced since launch. Klaw will now add +8 Power to its effected location (up from +6) and Ultron’s drones will go from 1/1 to 1/2 , doubling their power output.
