The latest Testlive patch has been released for Conan Exiles. It contains "hundreds of fixes and changes including several exploit fixes "to prevent building inside parts of the level geometry". The patch is still undergoing stability and compatibility testing, so if you're inclined to test things out for yourselves, head to Testlive.
Other things going on with the dev team:
- Terraformers artist team members have been "knee deep in designing and building the new dungeons" and making a new pet system.
- Monster Hunters have been "crafting new off-hand combos and dual wielding" as well as working to better integrate off-hand items into the combat system.
