The latest game update for RuneScape lays out some information regarding a summer sale, and more.
The sale runs from July 1 through July 31, so you have all month long to take advantage of it. The sale will see up to 75% off on packs, pets, services, animations and hairstyles. Information on Twitch Prime was also shared, with this month’s gift including a Currency Pack which contains 400 RuneCoins, 20 Treasure Hunter Keys, and 80 Hearts of Ice.
Live streams this week will be today at 16:00 game time, July 2 at 16:00 game time, and July 3 at 13:00 game time. They’ll cover off player advocacy, monthly Blue Moon pub quiz, and the RS Guy featured streamer, respectively.
Patch notes were also provided and include the following highlights:
- The Grand Exchange buy limits for all Archaeology materials have increased from 1,000 to 5,000.
- All Ancient Familiar pouches will now convert into 20 scrolls each, up from 10. All Summoning XP gained per Ancient Familiar special attack cast has been halved, as you now receive twice the amount of scrolls.
- Augmented Masterwork armour and Augmented Trimmed Masterwork armour will now drop the corresponding broken piece of armour on death in the Wilderness.
