The latest Conan: Exiles weekly newsletter has been posted with a brief look at some of the things that the team has been working on over the last several days. In addition to the most recent patch update to fix a number of exploits and duping issues, the story team revealed that they're hard at work on something fittingly "Conan-esque" for an open world game and that it might not be too long before players encounter Conan himself.
Other items of interest include:
- a new patch was deployed for XBox One and a new one to bring parity between the PC and XB1 versions is underway
- a new process for collecting and processing bug reports from the subReddit is in its planning stages
- the Terraformers team is working on revamping some of the animal models and their placement in the game world and how they respond to attacks with various weapons. They're also hard at work on a volcano and a new biome.
- the art team is making new armor sets including the Hyrkanian armor that will be added to the game soon
