It looks like Knights of the Old Republic may be getting the remake treatment, according to a scoop from Cinelinx.
According to one of their independent sources, the remake for the beloved game is back on track after having been put on the shelf in the past. The other source mentions the game will actually be somewhat of a sequel,
“It would be a Knights of the Old Republic project that would integrate elements from the first two games in order to bring certain things into the current Star Wars canon. Not necessarily a remake, so much as a re-imagining.”
We don’t know many details as of now, but this news is definitely one to keep track of as it develops. A remake of Knights of the Old Republic, if done correctly, could be very well received indeed.
