Poem Studios with the help of legions of Knights of the Old Republic fans is giving the title a new look, new missions, new places to explore by 'rebooting' the game using the Unreal 4 Engine. The indie team can legally do so since the finished product will be given away for free. That's right: FREE.
The site is a bit light in content at the moment, but there are some interesting screens to show off locations as diverse as Tatooine and Endar Spire as well as a few that compare the 2003 original look to the Unreal 4 look.
