Kingdom Come: Deliverance II will be out on February 4th, and the medieval RPG has an extensive post-launch roadmap with free and paid seasonal content, and a brand new trailer.
Warhorse Studios and Plaion announced four updates on the way, with new features, additional challenges, new quests, and more. These will be released in addition to fixes and quality of life updates and additional maintenance.
In the spring, we’ll see new features, including a barber feature for more character customization options. Hardcore mode is also coming in this first big update, and there will be horse racing, where you can continue honing mounted skills, with more to discover. This is a free update.
The next seasonal updates are all paid DLC. The new trailer showcases all four updates.
The summer expansion update, Brushes with Death, adds an all new quest, where Henry helps an artist with a mysterious past. This promises to take you across the lands with new challenges and schemes to uncover.
This fall, the expansion Legacy of the Forge, has another all-new quest. Henry’s adoptive father, Martin, is at the center of the new quest. You’ll make some new discoveries about the past while exploring Martin’s history and legacy. The forge of the title is formerly a renowned one, and through it, you’ll learn blacksmithing, in the middle of these lessons about the past.
The winter expansion, Mystera Ecclesia, sends Henry on a new covert mission deep into the intrigue of the Sedlec Monastery. Navigate the region , uncover more secrets, and deal with conflicting interests. Sounds like there are some important decisions to be made here.
The Kingdom Come: Deliverance II Gold Edition includes the base game and an expansion pass which includes all of the three paid options. The Collector's Edition has everything in Gold as well.
