Wargaming is opening another Transformers collaboration in World of Warships: Legends, as the console version also gets some new German battleships, a brand new campaign featuring the Japanese battleship Musashi.
The rollout of the Autumn update, which is live now, packs plenty of content. The Transformers are back on seas in the next phase of Hasbro’s collaboration with the World of Warships franchise. This collaboration brings six skins for the Legends anniversary update campaign ship, the recently added Tier VIII République, and five other Legendary ships. These skins are themed for Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Megatron, Grimlock, Hot Rod, and Rumble. There are also associated commanders available.
The five-week Japanese themed Bushido campaign will let you earn the Tier V III Mushashi battleship if you get to the final reward of the content. If you do get your hands on the new ship, it is a sister to the Yamato. The campaign will also have a catch-up mechanic enabled, giving flexibility on completion time.
Also featured in this update is the arrival of several new German battleships in Early Access. These range from Tier IV to Tier VII and include the Tier V Mackensen and Tier VII Zieten. New ships also each come with a special mission and you will be able to research the ships in the next update. Also arriving will be the special Tier VIII Prinz Rupprecht to cap things off.
Seasons 29,30, and 31 will be playable across this update, and the team will be marking the milestone of crossing its 30th season with special prizes. You’ll be able to compete through all three seasons in a mode featuring no-aircraft carriers and a four on four format to battle for glory and, of course, goodies.
