Nexon America has released Hyper Universe into Steam Early Access. The game is a side-scrolling MOBA that pits players fulfilling several roles against multi-level, scrolling maps while scaling ladders, bursting through floors and warping behind enemies. The ultimate goal is to dominate the universe.
Players can take the role of Tank, Bruiser, Specialist, Striker, Support or Assassin. Each role is equipped with "an array of insane abilities and fighting skills". In addition, controls include keyboard and mouse or controllers compatible with XBox One, Steam, or PlayStation 4.
Right now, Early Access is granted through the purchase of a $10 (through Agust 27, $16 after) Founders Pack that unlocks 24 "Hypers" as well as all of their equipment. Leveling up will unlock four additional "Hypers".
