Here's What's In Store for RuneScape and Old School RuneScape This Fall

Jagex, developers of RuneScape and Old School RuneScape, have shared their plans for the games for the Fall of 2020.

The information comes via a brace of videos embedded below. For RuneScape, a bunch of updates will begin in October and continue through the remainder of 2020. Orthen and the Halloween event will make their splash in October. Additionally, you can look forward to an update for construction, a new boss, and a new quest scheduled for sometime later in 2020.

They note that the Elder God Wars dungeon will be delayed to some unannounced date in 2021. The updates in the video were followed by a community Q&A session. If you didn’t watch the video, you’re in luck. The updates are handily summarized in this Reddit post.

Old School RuneScape will see a delay to the Group Ironman and Clans to sometime in 2021. Additionally, high-level endgame was touched on. Specifically, Jagex discussed what is preventing them from implementing this content.
