Hector Update to be Deployed June 7th

The Albion Online team has sent word that the Hector update will be live on all servers beginning June 7th. Hector is considered the launch version of the game and it will be the last update prior to the game's official release on July 17th. Hector brings a number of big changes to the game including the new Black Market vendor, a massive overhaul of the Outlands and much more.

This update packs quite a punch! Not only does it bring important changes to the Hellgates and Outlands, it also introduces the anticipated Black Market which combines PvE drops with the player-driven economy and crafting of Albion Online. On top of that, Hector also includes new mounts, a tutorial and much more.

Major components of Hector include:

• updated new player experience
• new mounts
• the Black Market vendor who buys items from crafters and redistributes them to the mobs and chests of Albion
• Outlands update: Cities removed in favor of a single Caerleon portal
• Hellgates updated and set to include a variety of difficulty levels
