Aeria Games has announced that Scarlet Blade will be shutting down for good on March 31st. More than a few technical issues have plagued the game over the past year or so that have resulted in server instability, no content updates and rollbacks that have negatively affected the game's community.
Aeria will be handing out some compensatory items to affected players that include all payments since January 1st being refunded (after April 4th); a +500% XP and gold drop; Mall item prices reduced to 1AP; and a Veteran Item Package that will give players migrating to any other Aeria published title a boost on entry.
But that's not all - we would like to thank you again for your loyalty in Scarlet Blade and invite you to our latest fantasy MMORPG: Echo of Soul.
