The Halloween event for Guild Wars 2 is set to return next week as the Shadow of the Mad King arrives.
This event will run from October 13 through November 3 so you have plenty of time to participate. You’ll have to enter the Mad Realm and face its denizens as you make your way. Included in this event are games of Lunatic Inquisition. Other activities include the Mad King’s Clock Tower jumping puzzle, the Mad King’s raceway where you can race around for faster an faster times. You can even challenge the Mad King in Ascent to Madness. Also awaiting you is the Mad King’s Labyrinth.
If, however, all that sounds too much, you can simply just hang out and enjoy the mood and atmosphere. Make sure you head over to Lion’s Arch. Here, it’s night time all the time and yeah, it’ll be haunted by the Mad King. If you collect Candy Corn and complete the festival achievements, you might just earn some rewards such as the Lunatic Court Cape and Demon-Haunted weapons.
