Earlier this week, G.SKILL announced an all new series of high capacity RAM with low latency to boot! Available in 32GB modules at CL14-18-18-38, G.SKILL will be releasing kits across their Trident Z RGB, Trident Z Neo, and Trident Z Royal product lines in dual- and quad-channel performance at 64GB (32GBx2), 128GB (32GBx4), and 256GB (32GBx8).

Utilizing speeds of DDR4-3200MHz CL14, G.SKILL has optimized this upcoming kit on both AMD- and Intel-based platforms. In a press release, the company showed validation of latency and speeds using RunMemtestPro 4.0 and CPU-Z. These tests show results using a Threadripper 3960X and a Ryzen 5 3600 on the AMD side while over on Team Blue, the Core i9 10900X and Core i9 10940X showed up to represent. In case you were curious, these modules will support Intel XMP 2.0 for easy overclocking.

If you have been itching to get your hands on some high capacity, low-latency memory, it looks like G.SKILL might have what you are looking for. We will be eager to see how this announcement will push competitors to respond and just how much a kit like this will set you back.

While consumers won’t be able to get their hands on these beefy memory sticks in time for the holidays, it looks like we will see these kits appearing on the market some time in the first quarter of 2020.
