Greedfall Receiving New Content, Next Gen Update

Open world colonial-era RPG Greedfall is set to receive new content, in addition to a next gen update for the next gen consoles.

In fact, the game sold over one million copies in the last 14 months as well. The news arrived from the official Twitter account which shared,

“GreedFall has sold over one million copies worldwide. Thank you so much for making the journey this incredible ??!

Following our community's feedback, Teer Fradee is now coming to next-gen consoles and getting new additional content. Stay tuned!”

It should be noted, we’re not sure what “new content” means. It could be something as large as a traditional expansion, or something more minor like a few additional quests. It could even simply be additional cosmetics. We’re just not sure at this point.

Additionally, we’re not sure what the update for next gen consoles Xbox Series X|S and PS5 will entail. Presumably, you can expect higher framerates, or higher resolutions.
