Goop for Good Event Kicks Off Today -- With Unicorn Poo

Jagex is hosting a special charity event that will begin later today and run through Saturday. During the gaming event, as fund raising goals are met, team members will "get gooped with over 1,000 liters of pink, glittery unicorn poo".

The team will also be hosting a special charity auction for special collectibles and tech items.

RuneScape players can also take part by donating in-game currency at the Well of Goodwill and can take advantage of a special Double XP weekend.

Jagex's GameBlast16 gaming and entertainment marathon begins at 4 a.m. PST / 12 p.m. GMT on Friday, Feb. 26, and continues through Saturday, Feb. 27 at 4 a.m. PST / 12 p.m. GMT. The entire 24-hour session will be live-streamed from Jagex's HQ in Cambridge, UK, in partnership with Twitch at http://www.twitch.tv/runescape, a channel which has attracted two million Twitch users to date.
