Halloween is coming to EverQuest with the return of the Nights of the Dead event, which starts today, October 15th. There are shadows and foul beasts in Norrath and you need to find out exactly what’s going on, so there will be some new adventures to go on and some returning challenges as well, so if you love hunting ghosts or investigating the troubles and mysterious beasts you can celebrate by taking up some quests and exploring
There will be a new book of recipes for housing items to craft from the official event merchants as well as other new items for this year‘s event. There are also a bunch of returning items that if you missed them before, you have another opportunity to get them if you want to add a touch of spookiness to your house.There are Nights of the Dead treats that will drop as loot from the undead and the beasts that are all over the place you can sell these or you can use them for trade skills.
The event runs through November 4th and every player, regardless of membership or level will be able to participate in the festivities.
So what’s new for this returning event in 2021? There are 14 new house items sold by the Nights of the Dead merchant named Lil’ Boo and and two costume illusions too. There are new items added to the Pumpkin Bomb, and a new quest called Trick or Treatskiller. The event introduces a whole new collection called Facing Your Fears, which is part of the Wake the Dead collections content.
