It looks like Genshin Impact is set to receive upgraded graphics on the PS5.
The first major update for Genshin Impact has been announced with the PS5 as a focus. Developer miHoYO outlined that the PS5 will received improved graphics and faster loading times on the PS5. As to what exactly these “improved graphics” are, we simply don’t know. We’ll have to wait and see.
Other features for the update include new quests like the grand finale to the Liyue Chapter. Four new playable characters are going to be added including two 5-star characters. The first seasonal event will also kick off. You’ll have to fight against a new catastrophe befalling Teyfat. A range of challenges are also included.
