The GDC Online awards have been handed out with several notable MMOs taking home top honors from this week's event.
Trion Worlds and Rift were honored with top honors in both the Best New Online Game and Best Online Technology categories.
DC Universe Online received the Best Online Visuals award with Spiral Knights taking home the Best Online Game Design honors. Shadow Cities took top honors in the Online Innovation Category.
Wizard101 received the Audience Award, granted to a persistent online game that is voted upon by the worldwide online game community.
Sony's EverQuest was also inducted into the GDC Online Hall of Fame.
