The mystery continues on just what Gamigo is going to announce for its next MMO, currently under A World Torn Apart, but with subsequent chapters of a mysterious storyline released through a series of videos, some clues to the demonic infested world, traditions, powers, and prophecies are taking shape.
Chapter 2 was recently released, and it starts immediately following the tragic events of the first chapter, “A Sacrifice”. In that chapter, a family suffers heavy losses when a demon shows up during what is supposed to be the demon hunting season. If you haven't listened to the start of the story, it takes some pretty significant turns.
The mysterious mother, in chapter two, escapes the aftermath with the help of an ally, but their journey is also difficult, with the demons relentless and the mother's own thoughts and pain having set in. Yet, she intends to survive after all she has been through and the choices she made.
Today's third chapter release, “Summon the Gods” continues the story in an even more perilous direction, with the demon threat as well as others. Without spoiling, this demon and supernatural elements, with threatening creatures, a mysterious warrior, allies and prophecies, all seem to be adding to something. Hearing the mother channel emotions into her blade is leading us somewhere.
Take a listen to the latest chapter, or all of them released so far, in order to get an idea of where we might be going as well as possibly some of the powers or abilities that might be available to us once we know the full details. Gamigo plans to release new chapters regularly up until they formally announce the game and tell us what it's all about and what we can expect.
