The EverQuest 2 site has been updated with the news that Game Update 101 will be released on August 23rd. The update features Fabled dungeons for characters of level 100+ and that require membership to access.
All players will also be able to take part in new Public Quests sprinkled throughout the game world and relevant for all gear levels. In addition, Agnostic Zones will now scale to level 100 including Crypt of Agony, Crypt of Valdoon, and others. Lastly, new Heroic Characters start their journey on the Tranquil Seas at level 95.
The final piece of news is that Altar of Malice content goes free to all players as part of the ramp up to the next expansion.
