The Fractured team is back at it in these early days of 2018. In a new developer blog post on the official site, the many schools of magic are revealed as well as information about the martial arts in the game. To accompany the article, each description is accompanied by a brief video showing how it appears in game, marking the first time any gameplay footage has been shown.
Schools of Magic include:
- Abjuration - protection spells
- Alteration - manipulation
- Conjuration - summons
- Divination - utility
- Enchanting - infusion
- Illusionism - mind control
- Invocation - devastation through the elements
- Necromancy - steal, extinguish life forces
- Restoration - fortification, restoration, purification
The Martial Arts:
- Warfare - armed melee
- Assassination - stealth & silent combat
- Marksmanship - ranged bow users
- Musicianship - manipulation of emotion through song
