Fractured Online Drops New Update With Catchable Reindeer and Both Temporary and Permanent Bonuses

It’s an early Christmas over in Fractured Online. The latest update adds catchable reindeer, new bonuses, and a sale on supporter packs. There are also some balance changes, including a permanent Glory gain increase for certain activities.

The update is live now and adds Santa Claus’ nine reindeer. The reindeer will be around for all players to have a chance to catch through January 6th. Sort of, since you'll have to catch horses and all horses will have a small chance to feature a limited edition reindeer skin. Once you catch the horse with your net, you'll permanently unlock the skin. So if you're feeling festive sometime in July you can have Rudolph as your mount. Speaking of Rudolph, that one is three times rarer than the others, which are already rare to begin with. If you are a completionist, it’s time to find as many horses as you can.

The update also adds some early Christmas bonuses, but just through Monday, December 16th. Now in effect are:

•     +100% Divine Reward drops (all types, standard and corrupted)
•     +100% Faster Divine Favor Gains (all trials)
•     +50% Gold Drops (from monsters)
•     +50% Faster Knowledge Gains (from monsters)

Dynamight has also added permanent 33% increases to Glory gains across several activities because they weren't rewarding enough and this is simply a balance change. Killing Galvanos legends, opening Iridia coins and Corrupted Divine rewards, all get the permanent boost. Also boosted is killing Exalted and Infused monsters.

Fractured Online is now free to play with optional VIP but the team is also still selling Founders/supporter packs For those who want to support development that way. through January 6th, all of the packs will be 20% off.
