Last month, it was confirmed that Fractured Online will be self-published by developer Dynamight Studios after the independent developer and former publisher Gamigo had agreed to go their separate ways. Now, there’s a little blast from the past happening with the game’s website, as well as some news on when we might see account migration and players let back in to test the latest build.

Heading to the Fractured Online website will now redirect to the old, original site at https://fracturedmmo.com/. This change also means that many of the news or update posts about the game are now unreachable. Since this is a new change that just happened the other day, it's likely that the content will be restored over time, but if you are looking for old updates or feature details on the game, those links may redirect to the homepage at this time.

Since Gamigo was the publishing partner, they were also handling the website updates, so it seems that Dynamight will be doing some housekeeping for a bit. One of the most recent posts still available on the site talks about account migration. One could think this was about the account migration from the Gamigo Glyph account mentioned in the update confirming the contract split, but look closer, and you’ll see that update is back from March of 2022.

However, there is good news. With the announcement that Fractured Online, which remains in Early Access, would be independently published, The team also shared info on the next build of the game and that an account migration system back the other way would likely be happening in May. This week, an update on the official Discord mentioned what was going on with the website, and there was a short note that said:

“Thank you all and stay tuned for the migration update - if all goes well, you'll be able to test the latest build of Fractured Online by the end of the month! ”
