First Steam Machines to Arrive This Fall

Valve has announced that the Alienware and CyberPower Steam Machines will be in pre-order customers' hands in October and on store shelves in November. Steam Machines are similar to consoles but can play all Steam PC titles with Linux compatibility as well.

Prices for the unit itself run anywhere from about $450 to $750. Polygon has a nice wrap up of what is included in each individual package.
