Guild Wars 2 players looking for a way into the next Heart of Thorns expansion beta event can literally find a way in by adventuring through the Maguuma Wastes in the game. While battling monsters in Dry Top and the Silverwastes, special portals can be dropped giving access to Maguuma Wastes.
Sprinkled throughout the two locations are special trophies that, if found, will grant access to the forthcoming beta event (not yet dated) by transporting, or flagging, the player to the beta location in the Wastes (thanks, Eldryth!).
