Final Fantasy XIV has released patch notes for patch 5.21 which covers off Ishgardian Restoration and more.
Specific to restoration, there are now three more areas which are available. You’ll have to complete the side quest, Towards the Firmament, and speak to Augebert (X:11.4 Y:14.1). Make sure to use a class or job greater than or equal to level 60. Note that if you already participated in the Ishgardian Restoration previously, you’ll have to speak to Augebert regardless to start the new chapter.
The team has noted new materials are now able to be crafted and submitted. Here, note that any materials from the previous restoration can still be submitted. But doing so will net you fewer rewards than before.
The Kupo of Fortune game has been added which is a game of chance. You can partake in the event and receive stamps by delivering items to Potkin in the Firmament (X:12.2 Y:14.6). Once you get five stamps, exchange them for a Kupo of Fortune card. To play, simply turn in these cards to Lizbeth (X:12.2 Y:14.6).
