Final Fantasy XIV has updated its minisite dedicated tothe Growing Light patch series, with more from 6.51, as well as Fan Festival London reveal, Aloalo Island. The game is also launching a collaboration with colorful battle royale game Fall Guys just in time for Halloween.
The minisite has a series of previews of what we can expect from this patch series, with some new additions. Coming in patch 6.51 is the new variant dungeon, Aloalo Island. The new dungeon is located in “ a forgotten corner of the south seas” on an island that is now lush with flora and fauna that have sprung up and taken over since the island was last inhabited. Yet, it is a variant dungeon, so don’t get lost looking at the pretty green foliage just yet.
This comes with a criterion dungeon, Another Aloalo island, in normal and savage. In this criterion dungeon, your party of four will be able to fight back in the hopes of bringing the shores of the island back to a palace of peace.
Final Fantasy XIV is known for many things, and color and fun are among them. Starting on October 31st, a new collaboration with Fall Guys begins. Running through December 31st, the event will bring loads of color and new opportunities to participate and have fun in a new Gold Saucer attraction.
Join up in Blunderville to join a show and take on challenges and walk away with Manderville Gold Saucer Fame. You’ll walk away with some MGF just for participating. Rack up the Fame and take it to the MGF Trader to trade for event item prizes. Among them are clothing items in the Gentlebean series, a Matte Winner’s Crown, Glossy Winner’s Crown, minions, including Pegwin and Pink Bean, and a slew of Blunderville merch. Other items include the Everybody Falls theme song Orchestrion roll, Gold Saucer Aetheryte Ticket, and a number of dyes.
