Final Fantasy XIV will hold its next Letter From the Producer Live stream on September 28th. In October, the team will be present at PAX Australia. Square Enix announced more details for both of these events and what we can expect.
The next Letter From the Producer Live will start at 10:50 p.m. PDT on Saturday, September 28th, presented live from Tokyo Game Show 2024. As usual, the presentation itself will be in Japanese while some of the slides will show some English text. You can catch the whole thing on YouTube when the presentation starts.
Expect details on patch 7.1 Part 1 and other miscellaneous updates on the way for Dawntrail. Final Fantasy XIV will be in attendance at Tokyo Game Show from September 26th through September 29th, with a number of activities and gifts for fans at the booth, photo ops, and more to discover.
FFXIV has also now been confirmed for PAX Australia, starting with a special fan event on the evening of October 9th. The official event booth will also be at PAX rom Friday, October 11th, through Sunday, October 13th in Melbourne, Australia. Similar to the Tokyo show, there will be photo op spots, goodies, and activities at the booth.
At the booth, if you’re an experienced FFXIV player, you can take on a battle against Valigarmanda. Newer, or just less seasoned, players can accept a challenge for an early primal battle.
There will also be a panel with senior story designer Natsuko Ishikawa and quest designer Saki Takayanagi. Titled “Crafting Characters: The Style and Substance of FINAL FANTASY XIV”, the panel will happen on Friday, October 11, 2024 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. PDT and be livestreamed globally on the FFXIV and PAX Twitch channels if you can't make it all the way down to Australia.
