Final Fantasy XIV All Saint's Wake Event Brings Some Spookiness into January

Final Fantasy XIV is rolling out an unusual version of the seasonal events calendar with the All Saints Wake festival beginning January 20th. Yes, this is usually the Halloween event, but times are weird, and better late than never, right? Well, it depends on how much you like clowns.

While the game continues to enjoy success following Endwalker’s release last month, and the Square Enix team is continuously trying to help capacity issues and to be able to restore access to new players as well as existing community members, the events still continue.

All Saints Wake: Death and Dining at the Phantoms’ Feast is a seasonal event that lets you look into a scary situation. The event is open to anyone level 15 and above who has completed the quest “It’s Probably Pirates“ and checks in with the Adventurers Guild investigator to help.

This event begins January 20th and runs through February 2nd, so there’s plenty of time to complete the required quests and get your rewards. The 2022 edition includes two quests, “All Clowns Wake“ and “A Feast to Remember“. When you complete these spooky events before the event officially ends, regardless of the actual season, you’ll be able to get rewards like the Clown set if you’d like to dress up as some of the world's creepier entertainers.

It may no longer actually be spooky season but you can make that continue all year with some ghosts for your home. You’ll also be able to grab the Haunted Pumpkin set and Pumpkin Flower Vase furnishings. On top of all that, you’ll get a Modern Cosmetics Clowning Around copy which will allow you to unlock face paint at the aesthetician so you can complete your transformation with some spooky clown face paint.

For more, head to the event page over at Final Fantasy XIV.
