Square Enix has revealed the schedule for the Final Fantasy XIV Fan Festival of 2024, taking place in Tokyo. The event will be available for live-streaming for those unable to attend the event in person.
Each of the different events taking place have been listed in detail for those who wish to follow along from home. This festival will be the final stop for this years events, as the Las Vegas and London Festivals concluded earlier this year.
Starting on January 6, 2024, Producer and Director Naoki Yoshida will be a Keynote speaker from 5 pm to 7 pm. Once that has concluded, the opening ceremony will begin, where we'll likely see news about the upcoming expansion, Dawntrail, including a possible release date. From 8 pm to 9:30 pm fans can expect to hear Tales from the Development Side of FFXIV and learn all of the behind-the-scenes secrets.
From 9:30 am to 11:30 pm there will be a trivia show to follow along with, as well as an entire venue walkthrough presented by Crystal Tsushin. From 11:30 pm to 1:30 am, GALLERIA will present the Crystal Conflict Regional Championship 2023, and the night will come to a magnificent end with a piano performance.
For day two, attendees will have an earlier start as the opening ceremony begins at 5 pm. From 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, Yoshi-P and guests will go on to discuss several topics in regards to FFXIV. At 8 pm, there will be a cosplay show that is sure to impress, followed by a flashback with the cast. The final night will conclude with a live concert performed by THE PRIMALS, Final Fantasy XIV's in-house band led by Michael Koji Fox and composer Masayoshi Soken.
