Fawkes Games Shares In-Game Defiance Gameplay Ahead of Thursday's Relaunch

Defiance returns this week thanks to Fawkes Games, and to prepare for the relaunch, the team has a new video,  “Arkhunters, unite!”.

The video is made completely with in-game footage, so you see what we're going to get from the revival, which launches on Thursday, April 18th at 10m UTC/ 6am EDT. It starts off as mostly a flythrough of various locations. If you played Defiance during its original run, maybe some of them look familiar. After that intro, then we get the in-game action shots and, of course, the Hellbugs and the battle against them, followed by more action, including massive boss fights, explosions, and teamwork.

The team held a recent stress test this month, and some of the footage from this new video came from that playtest. If you are curious what to expect when the game returns this week, it's a good look at the visuals, the action, and maybe can help you decide if you want to revisit Defiance, since you will have to create a new character and start from scratch.
