Fallout 76 is taking everyone back to Atlantic City with the latest update, “America’s Playground”. The latest expansion update, out today, adds new quests, opens Season 16, and adds a slew of rewards too

Once loaded up, you can also freely explore Atlantic City, while you discover more about post-apocalyptic New Jersey, explore the boardwalk, meet new people, and take on sidequests too. Mayor Tim calls for help getting rid of an infestation of Overgrown from the city. These beings have invaded, and present danger that needs to be eradicated. It’s an expedition mission to take on in America’s Playground.

A new multi-mission questline also invites you to help deal with the Russo family, who has successfully gotten rid of Mothman cultists from the Ingram Mansion. Now, the mansion is a glamorous nightclub, and all is not what it seems. There are some dark secrets and a deadly plot to uncover, and you’re up.

The quests in the expansion update will take place in Atlantic City and Appalachia, so there’s much to discover no matter where you’re exploring.

This update not only opens Season 16: Duel with the Devil (the Jersey Devil, that is), but it also makes some changes to how seasons work. Fallout 76 will change from a scoreboard-based system to a season pass. Complete daily and weekly challenges, unlock season pages, and go after the goals you want to earn rewards. You can redeem those goals and rewards in any order you choose, and every time you rank up you'll get tickets that you can use for more rewards

As for the season pass, if you are a Fallout 1st member,  you automatically get access to the premium pass, but you can upgrade from the free pass in the shop if you want extra bonuses.

The America’s Playground update is available today on all platforms.
