A release date for the anticipated Fallout 4 mod, Fallout London, has finally been set. Though it won’t be arriving as soon as fans of the franchise hoped, the long-awaited release is only a few months away.
Initially, it was announced that the London mod would be released before the end of 2023. However, sadly, narrator and voice actor Drew Faithwaite stated it’s still in the final steps of development and won’t be hitting the masses until April 23, 2024. This setback was said to be due to a few global issues the developers of the mods faced over the last year.
This fan-made project has people excited for a plethora of reasons, one being the fact that it is one of the largest mods to ever come to Fallout 4. Taking place in the capital city of England, the mod will come fully equipped with its very own storyline, factions, and quests for players to follow. With over 90,000 lines of dialogue, one can only hope the depth of the characters is even better than we thought possible.
On top of dialogue, there will be 15 new districts to explore, which include Hackney, Westminster, Camden, Croydon, and the city of London. This DLC-sized mod also brings new weapons, NPCs, creatures, and much more for players to enjoy.
Ta, Destructoid.
