Gamigo has announced that the Steam version of Otherland will be updated today with a significant patch that brings factions into the game along with several issues resolved including display problems and more.
Players will be able to take partin the faction conflict between Red and White Armies as well as interact with Hackers. Epic end game gear will be available from faction traders as well.
The update also introduces the new level 60 cap, ninety new daily quests, twenty new locations, optimization and balancing of enemies, twelve new Mars quests and an improved SOMA drop rate.
The servers will go offline at 13:00 CET for a downtime of 2-3 hours. We expect all servers to be back online around 16:00 CET at the latest.
