There's a murder afoot and a little jailbird managed to make a copy of an interrogation report straight from the jail. It appears that one Lieutenant Mowe is actively involved in the investigation of both a fire and the apparent death of the perp. The most interesting twist, however, and one that certainly catches our eye, is that Mowe is investigating Ivory, one of his closes acquaintances, something that certainly begs to question whether or not he should recuse himself from the case.
